All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or Whatsapp message with the details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure channels. WOAS LEATHER accepts major mobile payment methods and bank transfers. International orders may incur currency conversion or bank fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and delivery charges will be paid by the customer. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–5 business days, if otherwise it will be communicated. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. WOAS LEATHER is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. please note that custom engraved items will not qualify for Returns and Exchanges.
